Texas Trust CU Theatre at Grand Prairie
Lovers of the occult, gruesome horror, and tin foil haters all have a home in the Last Podcast on the Left. Marcus Parks, Henry Zebrowski, and Ed Larson are taking their show on the road again, and one of the stops is in Grand Prairie, Texas. The Texas Trust CU Theatre will welcome the boys and the crowd, who are more than ready to hear some wacky stories about a wide range of interesting topics. There comes a point when these shows get kind of eerie. You can't talk about true crimes without at least someone starting to look around the room to see if someone's laughing too hard.
Apart from the topics, the guys do a great job of keeping the crowd engaged. Marcus Parks is still kind of the brains of the operation. He's the one who actually puts his tin foil hat on and goes down these rabbit holes to be able to come up with topics that the audience is going to enjoy. It's truly amazing that he's been doing this since 2011! Podcasting has become a world that's more crowded than a public beach on the busiest holiday of the year. When these guys started, though, it was a new art still going through the growing pains of leaving old-fashioned radio behind. The topics that these guys were putting forth completely resonated with an audience. That's part of why they're still in business today. At the same time, all of these shows have helped them craft these live experiences to perfection.
