Texas Trust CU Theatre Parking

Please be advised that parking is cash only, and spaces are available on a first come first serve basis.

Thanks to its location, the Texas Trust CU Theatre has plenty of parking space for all guests. To arrive at the designated lot, please take 183 or I-30 to Belt Line Road, then Lone Star Parkway, where you will see signs towards the Texas Trust CU Theatre.

To ensure convenient parking for all Verizon Theatre guests, lots are located directly adjacent to the venue. Parking fees do apply, and are typically priced at $15-$20 for General Lot. VIP/Suites parking is also available, and is priced at $30-$40.

Parking is open two hours prior to the start of each event and guests are advised to arrive in plenty of time for events, in order to avoid congestion and delays.

Parking Options

Once you’ve exited the parkway, you’ll find a dedicated lot for shows at the venue. The following fees apply for guests arriving at Texas Trust CU Theatre:

• General admission parking from $30 per vehicle
• VIP parking (closer to the venue and faster exit) from $54 per vehicle
• Security fast pass for $20+ per person.

Accessible Parking

There are accessible spots or designated drop-off areas available close to the entrance.

For guests with disabilities or mobility issues, accessible parking spots are available in front of the building.

Overnight / Tailgating

Guests are advised that no overnight parking is allowed, and that tailgating, grilling, open flames, or consumption of alcoholic beverages are not permitted.

Drop Off

For guests who are being driven by someone else, there is a designated Drop Off location directly in front of the building.
